Human NF-L ELISA Kit (RUO)
Quantify Neurofilament Light (NF-L) Antigen with High Sensitivity & Accuracy
Product Overview
The SynerviaTM NF-L Antigen ELISA Kit is designed for the quantification of human NF-L antigen in serum, plasma, or biopsy extractions. This research-use-only (RUO) kit offers high sensitivity, specificity, and reproducibility, making it ideal for neurodegenerative disease research.
- Catalog No.: E20142019
- Format: 96-well Plate (12 x 8 strips)
- Detection Range: 10 pg/mL – 1500 pg/mL
- Minimum Detectable Concentration: 8.5 pg/mL
Principle of the Test
This sandwich ELISA utilizes a capture antibody pre-coated onto a 96-well plate. The NF-L antigen in the sample binds to the capture antibody, followed by detection with an HRP-conjugated antibody. A substrate reaction produces a color change, which is quantified by measuring absorbance at 450 nm.
