Principle of the Test
This sandwich ELISA utilizes a capture antibody pre-coated onto a 96-well plate. The LP-PLA2 antigen in the sample binds to the capture antibody, followed by detection with a biotinylated antibody and Avidin-HRP. A colorimetric reaction is used for detection, and absorbance is read at 450 nm.

Sample Requirements
